We are Indian origin, established in Uganda, with an investment of more than 100 crore rupees, engaging more than 300 Indian and 2000 locals in different categories like Office administration, Supervisors, Technicians, Engineers, etc., in our different sectors. We are in the field of production of reinforcement Steel Bars,(Modern Steel Internationals Ltd.,) Sugar (Mayuge Sugar Industries Ltd.,) Cotton bales (C. N. Cotton Ltd., Kumi Cotton Ltd.,) and the service activities like resorts and tourism (Kama Resort Ltd and Kama Developers Ltd.), Marj Exports (India) etc.
All the directors of the companies are from Ahmedabad and Kadi, Gujarat, India.
Our activities are concentrated around the Jinja, a very well planned town of Uganda over the decades and the surrounding area blessed by green hilly area with a very moderate atmosphere throughout the year, with the concentrated population of Indians, especially the Gujaratis.

Uganda is an East African country which is fully endowed with interesting and colorful features. We are blessed as we are on the bank of Lake Victoria, the second largest sweet water lake and among the longest river Nile starts from our town Jinja. There are no. of Hindu Temples, Good Indian restaurant, Resorts, etc. in Uganda.
Uganda is famous for its the most favorable climate in the whole world. The lowest polution, greenery all around, friendly and polite people make working atmosphere more suitable.
The Uganda Government welcomes investors. The Government assures lawful atmosphere for the investors. It is a country where there is freedom of speech and basically there is no discrimination of different races.
J O B D E S C R I P T I O N :
We require Fresh Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Automobile, B.E. Mechanical, B.E. Electrical, B.E. Production Engineering & MBA degree holders with sound knowledge of the course. The cut-off mark for fresher is 50%. The candidate should clear all his subjects of the curriculum before joining.
W O R K I N G W I T H U S :
You will be provided Indian Vegetarian Food, accommodation, shared maid to wash and iron clothes and housekeeping, general medical, local transport, work permit to allow you to work legally in Uganda, air tickets, 20 days Paid leave for three years, Increments depending upon your performance, etc. The salary is NET SAVING and is deposited to employee’s account directly. Initially bachelor accommodation shall be provided but after getting settled, employee is eligible to request for family accommodation. The Company is spending approximately INR 20,000/- per month for up keeping of its employee every month. The selected candidate is supposed to sign 2 years bond agreement with the company, which is renewable.

R E M U N E R A T I O N :
Engineers with diploma degree holder may expect starting salary about INR 20,000/-, Engineers with batcher degree INR 25,000/-, M.B.A. degree holder INR 30,000/-, which is NET SAVING.
