Job profile:Research Associate:
Understand client requirements from the project briefing
- Interact with Research Analyst or Project Manager frequently to clarify doubts
- Gather data through secondary sources and extract relevant information.
- Provide updates, again on a regular basis
- Perform basic analysis
- Ensure proper formatting
- Track and monitor progress of project
- Compile all research findings, materials, resources
- Do the required analysis and synthesis
- Prepare final report/presentation
- Participate in frequent brainstorming sessions and team discussions on problem solving and devising effective approaches to address project specific issues.
- MBA in Finance
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be a self-starter, motivated, result-oriented and possess leadership qualities
