Role & Responsibilities -

1. Associate College Team :

Goal: Increase Employability - by bringing online Colleges of India on a single platform (by signing them up first as associates and then as partners)

    * Six month training in Gurgaon
    * Graduates into field sales (regional) and leadership positions (Gurgaon)
    * Register colleges as associates
    * Talk to placement officers and build trust to get authenticated data of students
    * Target- Number of colleges per week and per month
    * Work in the headquarters and know the entire team and how things work
    * Bring online 2000 colleges from across India for our corporate partners

2 . Managing Colleges :

The role of College Account Manager is to maintain and strengthen the relationship with our partner colleges by helping them run their employability and campus placement programs through our technology platform.

    * Deliver our technology platform and TPO’s & Students adopt our platform
    * Deliver employability enhancing services to partner colleges


Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure Partner Delight and Renewal
  • Ensure Delivery of Employability services to Partners
  • Data Online- Correct in one go
  • SMS Series
  • Assessment Tests
  • Correct mapping of infrastructure at college
  • Assigning venue at partner campus- Ensure delivery
  • Assigning partners to corporate opportunities in regions
  • Strong account management with key partners
  • Regular meetings
  • Meeting decision makers
  • Ensure Partners are correctly represented in the CRM- Correct Data

1. Associate College Team :
