We are pleased to inform you all that Indus Institute of technology & Engineering  is conducting a  Pool  Campus Recruitment Drive for Asia Motor Works Ltd. (AMW) on Friday 5^th August, 2011. You all are requested to send your final year students as per the following criteria.

Selection Criteria

Written Test followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

Date & Time of Interview

5^th August, 2011 (Friday) Presentation will start from 9.00 AM  onwards

No of GETs required – 05 (Marketing & Field Services)

Training Period : 01 year training with a service bond of 36 months from the date of joining as trainee . Bond amount will be Rs.2.00 lacs.

Stipend Structure :

1^st year of training : Rs.03.00 Lacs per annum + free accommodation + free transport + subsidized food

2^nd year of training: Rs.03.50 Lacs per annum + free transport + subsidized food.

3^rd year of training: Rs.04.00 Lacs per annum + free transport + subsidized food.

Eligibility Criteria

SSC (Std. X) - 60% or more , HSC (Std. XII) - 60% or more marks  and aggregate of Degree Semesters (VII & VIII) - 60% or more marks.

Absorption Grade and Compensation:

 On successful completion of the 01 year of training, based on subjective and objective evaluation and as per the prevailing vacancies the trainees will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at a CTC of Rs. 03.50 lacs p.a. The Free accommodation will be withdrawn after absorption as Asst. Manager.

1. Final year / semester students in B.Tech / B.E. course (completing in 2011).

2. First class in SSC / X Std. & in HSC / XII Std.

Candidate should have passed both the examinations in first attempt.

3. 55% aggregate marks up to 7th semester in the Engineering Degree course.

The aggregate marks after the final Engineering results will have to be minimum 58%.

4. Candidate should not have more than 4 ATKTs / Backlogs during his entire Degree

Engineering course. All backlogs / ATKTs, live as well as cleared to be counted as the total no. of

ATKTs / Backlogs throughout the history of engineering for the purpose of eligibility.

(Subject not cleared in the first attempt, Paper (theory / practical) not appeared for in the

regular semester, for any reason, will be also treated as backlogs / ATKT, even if, subsequently

cleared.)

5. No drop in any semester/ year throughout Degree course.

6. Age: Not more than 24 years as on 1st July 2011.

7. Medical standards to be met as per company policy

Stipend: Rs. 3 lacs p.a. Cost to Company

On successful completion, the candidates will be absorbed in the Executive Cadre.
