Selection Criteria
Written Test followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

No of GETs required – 05 (Marketing & Field Services)
Training Period : 01 year training with a service bond of 36 months from the date of joining as trainee . Bond amount will be Rs.2.00 lacs.
Stipend Structure :
1st year of training : Rs.03.00 Lacs per annum + free accommodation + free transport + subsidized food
2nd year of training: Rs.03.50 Lacs per annum + free transport + subsidized food.
3rd year of training: Rs.04.00 Lacs per annum + free transport + subsidized food.
Eligibility Criteria
SSC (Std. X) - 60% or more , HSC (Std. XII) - 60% or more marks and aggregate of Degree Semesters (VII & VIII) - 60% or more marks.
Absorption Grade and Compensation:
On successful completion of the 01 year of training, based on subjective and objective evaluation and as per the prevailing vacancies the trainees will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at a CTC of Rs. 03.50 lacs p.a. The Free accommodation will be withdrawn after absorption as Asst. Manager.
